Caerphilly Is Placed Under Lockdown

People will not be able to leave the borough without good reason and face masks will be required by everyone aged over 11 in shops. Seeing others within extended households indoors will also be banned. The Welsh government have said that with 55.4 cases per 100,000 population, Caerphilly county has the highest rate in Wales and one of the highest in the UK.
