This traditional Japanese corner shop in the old residential district of Yanaka, Tokyo has been at the location remaining largely unchanged for over 90 years. It stands next to a large Himalayan Cedar Tree thought to be over 100 years old. This shop and tree are a very popular stopping point when walking around the Yanaka neighbourhood. The Yanaka neighbourhood of Tokyo is one of the few areas of Tokyo which still retains buildings from before WWII.
