Chicago, Illinois: Paul "The Waiter" Ricca, who had his citizenship revoked last Saturday after the court ruled he had entered the U.S. illegally, today won a delay on charges of income tax evasion. Ricca is shown gleefully clapping his hands as he leaves federal court with his attorney. The government contended that the evidence "clearly established that his defendant is the Paul de Lucia to whom a certificate on naturalization was granted, and that he used a false name when he applied for citizenship."
