DEC 23 1970, DEC 24 1970; Vietnam - Riots & Demonstrations; Vigil Protests Vietnam War; Mrs. Frances Derstine, center, and her son, Matt, 10, left, and daughter Sarah, 8, were among 80 persons who turned out for a vigil protesting all war-but particularly the one in Southeast Asia-Wednesday night on the steps of the State Capitol.
