California Prison's Beauty School Provides Inmates With Valuable Job Skills

A number of inmates at the all mens Valley State Prison are participating in a cosmetology course that started in 1996 when the prison only housed women. The 1,600 hour course includes training in manicures, pedicures, hair styling and facials.
