PAKISTAN-RIGHTS-MISSING-CONFLICTS

To go with story 'Pakistan-rights-missing-conflicts' In this photograph taken on February 24, 2014 a Baluch female protester pinned a badge of Che Guervara, who is known as the hero of oppressed people all around the world, on her shawl as she marches along with group members, led by Mama Qadir for their missing loved ones on the Grand Trunk Road in the town of Dina, some 100 kilometers south of Islamabad. After 2,000 gruelling kilometres on the road, a band of families led by a 72-year-old Mama Qadir are due to reach the end of their protest march over missing relatives in the Pakistani capital on February 28. They are the relatives of people who have disappeared in Pakistan's troubled southwestern province Baluchistan, allegedly at the hands of the country's security services. The marchers, led by a retired banker known as Mama Qadir, hope to present a petition to UN officials in Islamabad and meet foreign diplomats to raise awareness of their cause.
