FEB 20 1981; Three Trucks involved in accident on interstate 70; No one was injured seriously in this accident involving three trucks about 11:45 a.m. Thursday on eastbound Interstate 70 at Brighton Boulevard. Police said a Groendyke Transport Inc. tanker, carrying solvent and antifreeze and driven by Drew Jenkins, 31, of 5884 Secrest Drive, Arvada, ran into the rear of a Curtis Inc. tractor-trailer driven by Ricardo Valladares Jr., 32, of Conway, N.H. Valladares had stopped for an Atlas Metal & Iron tractor-trailer driven by Horace Martinez Jr., 35, of 3063 W. Alaska Place, whose truck had a flat tire. The tanker came to rest under the Curtis Inc. rig. Police closed the highway until firemen made sure there was no danger of fire or explosion.
