The Warringah Shire Council "Artist In Residence" program got under way today with the official opening at Dee Why Beach by the Shire Pres. Cr. Creagh. Winifred Atwell, who was among the many arts & crafts people who have been asked to volunteer their services during the month, spending a week at Dee Why, Collaroy, Mona Vale & Avalon from 9am to 5pm, was at the opening today.
