A Syrian man sprays anti-election graffiti on dust bins in the rebel-held city of Douma on the eastern outskirts of the capital on April 13, 2016, as Syrians in government held areas voted in the parliamentary elections. Some Syrians voted enthusiastically in a parliamentary election held in areas controlled by President Bashar al-Assad's regime but others dismissed the vote as a sham.
