Blu Homes, a prefab house company with a rising profile in California, has built a weekend retreat for Tim Disney son of Roy, investor in Blu Homes and a believer in the future of prefab design. This unusual type of modular prefab house has been installed in the high desert. The units are shipped from the factory with a lot of the finishes already in place.
