Ex-Imperial Japanese Army officer Sejima at Tokyo tribunal

Ryuzo Sejima, a former Imperial Japanese Army officer who played a key role in the planning of many operations during the Pacific War and became a prisoner of war in Siberia after he served as a staff officer at the Manchuria-based Kwantung Army, testifies at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East in Tokyo on Oct. 18, 1946, after being flown from Vladivostok to appear at a hearing.
