Hoover recently told a closed session of the Joint Atomic Energy Committee what he knows about the operations of Dr. Klaus Fuchs, who is under arrest in London for divulging atomic secrets to Russia. Director Hoover also charted a system to guard against further 'leaks' of U.S. atomic secrets.
