Nicole Farhi - French Former Fashion Designer And Sculptor

Nicole Farhi, former French fashion designer and sculptor, circa 1995. Farhi began her fashion career as a freelancer in Paris before coming to London to head up the design studio of the French Connection fashion label. She then established her own label which has since undergone financial restructuring. Currently she is married to the British playwright David Hare and has begun a new career as a sculptor, and is both a Commander of the British Empire and a Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors.
