A morgue van (R) and a police vehicle are parked late on May 3, 2010 outside the home of South Africa's notorious strip club owner Emmanuel Jackson, also known as Lolly. Police on May 4, 2010 said Jackson was gunned down at his home in Johannesburg. A police spokesman said a man called the police around 8:00 pm (1800 GMT) on May 3, claiming to have killed Jackson. When they arrived at his house, police found Jackson's bullet-riddled body. Jackson, 53, opened his Teazers strip club chain in 1996, two years after the end of apartheid which banned all sex businesses.
