DefExpo 2018 Armament Demonstrations

CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU, INDIA - APRIL 12; A man dressed as Bengal Tiger entertains crowds. Indian armed forces air force, army and navy gave a joint live demonstration of the capabilities of their weapons as part of the DefExpo 2018. The demonstration consisted mainly of armaments that had been developed in India, the exercise was conducted on a beach on the coast of the Bay of Bengal south of Chennai. Commandos parachuted down, the exercise showcased the main battle tank Arjun Mk II, Tejas fighter plane, Sukoi 30 plane, Light Combat Helicopter, Advanced Light Helicopter (DHRUV), artillery guns, ships, bridge laying tank, helicopter aerobatics team SARANG.
