The house was designed by Venice, CA, based architect Ron Radziner (cq), who also has a house in the area. Joshua Tree is becoming the hip new place to buy a second home for Angelenos who don't want chic but who do want peace and quiet. A small community half an hour from Palm Springs, it is attracting writers, artists, musicians and a few movie industry people to its high desert environment.
