Nice, FRANCE: Catherine Gurtler (L), important witness in the trial of the murdering of English Lord Anthony Ashley Cooper, and the new Lord of Shaftesbury, the son of Cooper, arrive at Nices' courthouse 24 May 2007 at the court in Nice, French Riviera. A friend of Gutler introduced Djamila M'Barek, a Dutch-Tunisian former nightclub hostess to Cooper, who married the Lord in 2002l. Mohamed M'Barek, is accused with his sister to get their hand on Cooper's fortune. The body of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 10th Earl of Shaftesbury, 66 year old, was found in a public dump in April 2005, five months after he vanished from his home in Cannes. Prosecutors say Djamila had feared an impending divorce would threaten her lifestyle as well as inheritance and had persuaded her brother Mohammed to strangle her husband.
