Alastair Campbell, the British prime minister's communication chief, arrives back at his North West London home 20 July 2003. The BBC reported 29 May that Campbell had "sexed up" intelligence findings on Iraq's alleged weapons threat to bolster the government's case for war, basing its charge on information from a source later revealed as Ministry of Defence expert Dr. David Kelly. Kelly was found dead Friday, victim of an apparent suicide, three days after he had faced grilling by the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee.
